MemoMe is a Chrome extension that formats publicly visible LinkedIn profile information into professional biographies. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data MemoMe accesses and how it is handled.

Data Collection

MemoMe does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• No data is sent to external servers
• No data is stored locally beyond the current browser session
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind
• No cookies are created or read
• No user accounts or login required

What MemoMe Reads

When you click the MemoMe icon while on a LinkedIn profile page, the extension reads publicly visible information from that page, including name, headline, experience, education, and location. This information is used solely to generate a formatted biography displayed in the extension popup.

Data Processing

All data processing occurs entirely within your browser. Profile information is read from the active tab, formatted into a biography in the popup, and discarded when the popup is closed. No data leaves your device at any point.

Permissions

• activeTab: Allows MemoMe to read the current page only when you click the extension icon.
• scripting: Allows MemoMe to run a content script that reads profile information from the page.
• Host permission (linkedin.com/in/*): Limits the extension to operate only on LinkedIn profile pages.

Third Parties

MemoMe does not share data with any third parties. There are no third-party scripts, SDKs, or services integrated into the extension.
